Who we are
InLead Agency ("InLead", "we") is based in Finland. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you request a deal flow analysis or book a call, we collect:
- Your name and work email
- Your firm website and LinkedIn profile URL
- What your firm does, who you want to meet and where your clients come from today
- The time you book and the details of the call
- Basic technical data such as pages visited and the source of your visit (for example UTM parameters)
Why we use it
- To prepare your deal flow analysis, including reviewing publicly available LinkedIn information that matches your criteria
- To schedule and run the call, and send confirmations and reminders about it
- To follow up about the analysis and our services
Our legal basis is your request (steps taken before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run this site and our client process, including our CRM and booking platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our video host (Wistia) and Google for calendar and video calls. They process data on our behalf. Some of them are located outside the EU/EEA, in which case transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy of it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To use these rights, email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
